What a great thing to do to someone with mental instability. Cause a huge fucking stressful life event that will exacerbate any current disorder(s) she currently has. Who ever diagnosed her better have warned the court that this was a terrible thing to do.

yes. she sounds like she’s quite stable with her 900 trillion dollar lawsuit. mental illness, in and of itself, does not equal limited parenting capacity. but the judge seems to disregard that agency had more than just that in their removal decision
